We are continually praying for new leaders, coaches, and apprentices of every age and life stage. The rewards of leading a GRACE Group are numerous. You are given the privilege of seeing people grow in their relationship with Christ. You build meaningful relationships that usually last the rest of your life. You are a part of connecting others to a community that will help care for their needs. As a leader you learn more about walking with Jesus than you ever did as a student. It is a great responsibility and yet, you receive more back from the experience than you can ever imagine. We realize that there is a time commitment and responsibility involved, and we appreciate that you are considering taking part in helping others connect and be cared for.
If you do not yet meet all of these criteria, we will usually have you apprentice alongside another leader until you are ready to lead a group on your own.
If you have been thinking about leading a group, we would like to talk to you, answer your questions, and help you get started. You will not be out there alone. Each new GRACE Group Leader is assigned a Coach who works closely with them to help assure that their experience is a successful one.
While you are praying about this decision, give me a call or send me an email. I would like to pray with you and answer any questions you might have.
