Shepherding Workshops
Would you like to create the right environment in you small group so that your members are guaranteed to grow? Our Shepherding workshops are designed for everyone who helps to facilitate a small groups in any way. Groups are about building a community of believers who take care of each other in so many ways. They are also an environment where everyone encourages each other to continue to pursue a closer relationship with God. Those are two things that we explore in depth in Shepherding 101 and 201.
First, in 101, we examine how we can create a place in our group for community to grow and flourish just like it did in the Acts 2 church.
In Shepherding 201 we answer the question, "What does it mean to be a 'fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ'." Then as a team we explore how each of us individually can get there while carrying a few folks along with us on the journey. That is small group.
These workshops are for you if you are starting a group or have been leading a group for years, but would like to learn how to better create the right environment in your group so that it's members are guaranteed to grow.
Register to join us for 101 which meets Saturday, February 6th and/or 201 on Saturday, March 6th.. Each workshop begins at 8:30 am and is done by 1:00pm.
